Our Mission
To provide active, experiential, culturally responsive and transformative professional development opportunities that enhance and inspire learning about the natural world, bridge the opportunity and achievement gap, improve professional practice, and student achievement, in order to create a better future for our evolving world.
We offer a variety of workshops tailored to specific grade ranges to help educators and administrators better understand the Framework for K-12 Science Education, the Practices of Science and Engineering, the vision of the Next Generation Science Standards and the new Minnesota Science Standards. Our workshops are rooted in research and developed with principles of adult learning.
